Tour one of 26 cooperages in the United States and the only cooperage in Illinois. Master Cooper, Loren Buchmeier will host your afternoon or evening trip to our family cooperage. On the tour you will learn the ancient history and modern science and traditional techniques that make a better barrel!
Cooperage Tour-30 minute tour including a complimentary beverage.
Tour and Tasting-Includes Cooperage Tour, followed by a pairing of brown spirits with charcuterie and discussion .
Meet the Masters Private Party-A private experience for you and up to 19 friends! Tour, Tasting and discussion with Master Cooper and guest Master Distiller from one of several Chicago area Distilleries! Please contact us for scheduling due to limited availability.
