Book a private Event for your group! Tour Illinois' only cooperage and one of only 26 in the United States. Your host, Master Cooper Loren Buchmeier will speak on the storied history and impact of white oak barrels dating back to the ancient Celts. During the tour you will learn the science behind the process that creates your favorite alcoholic beverage. You will see first hand how barrels are crafted with demonstrations. This one hour tour includes 2 complimentary beverages (wine/craft beer/craft cocktail of the day). The tour will be followed with a pairing and discussion of select spirits and charcuterie, hosted by one of our client Master Distillers. Relax at our farm and bring your questions for the experts!
