Tour Illinois' only cooperage and one of only 26 in the United States. Your host, Master Cooper Loren Buchmeier will speak on the storied history and impact of white oak barrels dating back to the ancient Celts. During the tour you will learn the science behind the process that creates your favorite alcoholic beverage. You will see first hand how barrels are crafted with demonstrations.
